Consultant Solicitor / FCILEx / Licensed Conveyancer – Property (Residential & Commercial) Remote / Self-Employed Consultancy | Up to 75% Fee Share | No Minimum PQE | Yorkshire and The Humber \n \n FDR Law is a growing legal consultancy offering Solicitors, FCILEx members, and Licensed Conveyancers the platform to run their own property practice under a self-employed consultancy model — without the overheads, admin burden, or earnings cap of a traditional firm. \n The Opportunity \n We're looking for experienced property lawyers — residential and/or commercial, private and/or public sector — to join us as consultants. This is a client-led model: you bring or build your own caseload, and we provide the infrastructure, accreditations, and support to let you focus on fee-earning. No minimum PQE is set; what counts is a demonstrable ability to win and retain clients. \n Remuneration \n\n • Retain up to 75% of your billing\n, • Guaranteed minimum split of 70%\n, • Warm referral opportunities from established, high-volume clients\n\n Infrastructure & Support \n\n • Immediate access to lender panels and firm accreditations\n, • PII cover up to £20 million\n, • Cloud-based CMS and electronic AML/case-handling systems\n, • Dedicated concierge team covering operational, legal, and training support\n, • A technical head on hand for case guidance\n, • Nationwide office access, meeting rooms, and up to 100 days' hot-desking\n, • Free calls via the firm's dedicated app\n\n The Person \n\n • Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer\n, • Solid grounding in residential and/or commercial property law\n, • Existing client relationships or a strong track record of business development\n, • Wants genuine autonomy over caseload, fees, and working hours, with full remote flexibility\n, • Individuals or established teams welcome\n\n Why This Consultancy \n Unlike many consultancy models in the market, there's no PQE threshold to meet — we assess consultants on their ability to originate and retain work, not years qualified. Combined with a market-leading fee split and full back-office support, this is designed for property lawyers who want to build something of their own without stepping away from the security of a regulated, well-resourced platform. \n For a confidential discussion, contact our Recruitment team today.
