We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Digital Printing Operator to join our busy printing team to help produce high-quality results that exceed our clients' expectations. Role Overview: We are seeking a Digital Printing Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain large-format digital printing equipment to produce premium-quality graphics, displays, and signage according to customer specifications and company standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a proactive attitude towards quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Proof/check client-supplied and internal artwork for print-readiness, • Print jobs using our Reggianni Dyesub. Uvistar reel to reel and Inca Onest flatbed presses, • Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment, • Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the required quality standards, • Update the management system at each process stage, • Report and record any defects, maintenance issues, or non-conformities, • Monitor the quality of job output for correctness and image quality, • Collaborate with the finishing and cutting teams to ensure smooth workflow, • Keep the printing area tidy and compliant with health & safety standards.
