Key Candidate Requirements. • A minimum of 5 years of senior-level business development or specification sales experience within the construction industry, focusing on rebar, reinforced concrete, precast concrete, piling, prefabricated modular solutions, ground works or formwork systems., • A 3rd level engineering qualification ideally in structural, civil, or mechanical engineering., • Proven Track Record with clearly shown success in achieving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets., • A well-established construction industry network of contacts among main contractors, structural engineers, specifiers, and other key decision-makers., • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in ports, renewable energy, and data centre developments., • Strong ability to deliver compelling CPDs and value-driven pitches to senior stakeholders at board room level., • Organized in time management and skilled at finding and prioritizing opportunities, developing sales leads from cold calls, and prioritizing tasks effectively., • Positive can-do attitude with exceptional relationship management skills with a team-first approach. • • Field-based with the ability to work remotely while traveling often to meet clients and attend site visits.
