Chozen Katsu Express serves freshly prepared Asian-inspired food in a fast-paced exhibition environment. The role is primarily based at the kiosk, although you will also be trained and expected to work within our other Chozen outlets at ExCeL when required. This is an operational role for someone who enjoys working alongside the team while providing clear direction, maintaining standards and ensuring the kiosk runs smoothly.
