We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Manager, to manager our Norwich clinic, where we provide Laser eye surgery procedures, private consultations for ophthalmic procedures, comprehensive eye examinations, retail services, nhs consultations and aesthetic procedures. Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate proven practice management experience in a high performing commercial environment with some knowledge of CQC compliance, and have an interest in achieving full registration.. Key Responsibilities You will be customer facing and you will drive performance for the clinic. You will also be responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the clinic, and, a key part of your role will be developing the team and promoting the benefits of laser surgery to patients. You will have strong management experience within a high-end retail or Optical setting. You will be adept at delivering impressive results through your passion for people and by collaborating closely with members of your team to develop them through performance management. It goes without saying that you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be articulate, motivated to achieve and have a willingness to learn and progress within Optical Express.
