Project Coordinator (Wireless Telecoms Design Team) Location: Telent, Warwick office 2 days per week (Hybrid working) Full time, Permanent 12 months FTC Covering Maternity Leave Telent seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Wireless Design team, supporting a growing portfolio of Mobile Operator Networks customers. This hybrid role is based at our Warwick Head Office (CV34 5AH) at least 2 days per week, with the remainder remote. Please note: This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (temporary) role, which will cover Maternity Leave. Role Profile: As the Project Coordinator within the Wireless Design team, youll play a key role thatll support project delivery across various Wireless Telecoms programmes and work schedules. Youll coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and our client (EE), ensuring smooth project progress and provide up-to-date records. Project Coordinator - Key Responsibilities: • Instructing subcontractors and following up on actions, • Arranging surveys and access requests, • Uploading documents to MBNL and BT systems, • Using Remedy to raise REQ numbers, • Keeping internal and client systems updated, • General project administration and data entry, • Managing supplier relationships, • Providing support to Design, Project Managers, and the wider team, • Coordinating engineer site access and project meetings, • Handling queries and escalating as needed, • Preparing and updating project documentation, • Strong organisational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail, • Ability to ask questions and liaise confidently with suppliers and our customers, • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Administrator (Telecoms preferred), • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems, • Confident scheduling and diary management (Outlook or similar) Telent offers industry-leading career opportunities, a competitive salary, and benefits, including: • 26 days annual leave plus public holidays, with buy/sell options, • Company-matched pension scheme, • Access to the Flexible Benefits portal, • Family-friendly policies and occupational health support, • Career development with formal and ongoing training, e-learning, and mentoring, • Opportunities to transfer across sectors / divisions and technologies, • Individual recognition and support from day one We may close this vacancy once sufficient applications are received.
