Divisional Sales Support Manager (DSSM) Location - Birmingham - Covering Midlands & South West region Hours of Work - 40 hours per week, with some weekend working required. The role will be based in Birmingham, and will require some travel within the division. Candidates will have a background in healthcare or in High End retail, with a minimum of 5 years management experience, with a strong focus and experience of driving performance improvement with your teams. Duties will include: • Conducting Clinic visits where you will be expected to observe the day to day running of the clinic from a front of house and surgical service delivery perspective to include the manager’s brief, set up of the day, patient service, flow of the clinic, observation on consultations with feedback., • Ensure the clinic and treatment centre team’s provision of safe, effective, caring and responsive patient care in a high-quality clinical environment is consistent.
