Key Responsibilities • Support teachers and tutors in delivering high-quality, inclusive education for students with autism, • Assist in the implementation of school policies, procedures, and individualised education plans, • Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to enable students to access the curriculum with increasing independence, • Promote students’ physical, academic, social, and moral development, • Organise and maintain engaging classroom environments, including resources and displays, • Contribute to the preparation and upkeep of student documentation, such as Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Communication Profiles, Risk Assessments, and Pastoral Support Plans, • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure student safety both on and off-site, in line with risk assessments We’re looking for someone who: • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at minimum Level 4 (Grade C), • Has experience working with pupils with autism and/or challenging behaviour, • Can work independently and as part of a team, • Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written Baston House School is an independent day specialist school in Bromley, Kent, supporting children and young people aged 5–19 with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and associated needs. Physical Model Making & Finishing • Produce aesthetic models using a mix of traditional machinery (lathe, bandsaw, sanders) and digital tools (3D printers, laser cutters)., • Execute professional-grade finishing, including sanding, priming, painting, and texture matching to simulate production materials., • Build functional "rigs" and mock-ups to test human-factors and scale. 2. What you'll do: • Support the Senior Product Manager - Creative Capabilities to enable our Product Vision & deliver the Product Backlog for Workflow Management enabling the business to deliver on their requirements., • Support a delivery roadmap of features, product releases, and integrations with the wider Sky technology & tooling ecosystem., • Govern the usage of the Workflow management platforms within the business, managing the operating model and establishing appropriate controls and workflows for our tools., • Enable business adoption, supporting Ideation Workshops and User Story Creation, to drive product requirements and drive the adoption of workflow management in the business., • Advise on Workflow management best practice including Process Documentation, Design and Implementation, meta data and tagging, and operating model development., • Join Quarterly Planning & support experimentation & development teams in sprint planning as required., • Support our Workflow management vendor partnerships & ensure tooling remains best-in-class., • Ensure Technology Stack for Workflow Management adheres to Compliance & Policy Requirements., • Support MarTech leadership in implementing martech strategy and specific initiatives. What you'll bring:, • Experience of working with Adobe Workfront or similar Workflow management tools, integrating them with wider marketing technology & ensuring deployment and adoption across complex organisations., • Experience working with Adobe Fusion preferable but not essential, identifying opportunities to use this or similar IPAAS to optimise and automate workflows., • Experience with additional marketing technology capabilities preferred, as it will be beneficial in working with wider teams across the business.
