Customer Service Associate – 6-Month Contract Location: On-site, Oxford Rate: £16.92 per hour About the Role Join a leading organisation in the genetic research sector as part of the Customer Service team. You’ll be the first point of contact for key customers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from order to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Manage Tier 1 customers within the EMEA region, ensuring excellent service and support., • Partner with the Regional Commercial team to provide accurate, timely updates on Tier 1 accounts., • Respond to customer queries on processes and products, ensuring satisfaction at every stage., • Schedule, amend, and process orders through internal systems to meet customer needs., • Communicate with customers via phone, live chat, and email from account setup through to product delivery., • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Support, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Digital, Business Operations) to resolve issues quickly and efficiently., • Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics and satisfaction targets., • Carry out additional duties within the scope of the role as required. Experience & Skills • 2–4 years’ experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering excellent results., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)., • Ability to build trust, influence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences., • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail., • Experience using ERP and CRM systems., • Multilingual skills are an advantage (Italian or German preferred)., • Previous experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or with Distributors/Dealers is desirable. Qualifications • Degree (BA, BSc) or equivalent experience.
