The Company Bridgehead® is a full service International growth consultancy that specialises in helping brands expand in both home and into new markets. We have offices in the UK and EU offering a full suite of commercial services from go-to-market strategies, advisory and infrastructure consulting, sales & marketing, plus value added distribution. The Person We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who embodies a results-driven mindset and demonstrates exceptional common sense in their approach to challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude and a positive outlook, fostering a collaborative team environment while being accountable for their contributions. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to communicate transparently and share knowledge generously. We value proactive individuals who take action and consistently go the extra mile to achieve team goals. If you are a team player who thrives on delivering results and is committed to continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you! The Role: We’re looking for a National Account Manager to help drive our next phase of growth. You’ll play a key role in delivering our go-to-market strategy — identifying new opportunities, opening doors with major retailers and resellers, and supporting the brands we represent as they scale in the UK market. You’ll work closely with the wider team, focusing on building new relationships and nurturing existing ones across both retail and reseller channels. Your goal will be to maximise visibility, sales, and long-term value for both new and established clients — ensuring we’re not only meeting demand but anticipating what comes next. We’re after someone who’s done this before: at least 5 years in a similar commercial role is essential, with a strong track record of driving growth and building strategic relationships. You’ll need hands-on experience working with national retailers and resellers, and a clear understanding of how to manage and grow those accounts effectively. You’ll be dealing directly with senior decision-makers — typically at Buyer level — so strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and building rapport are critical. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, ideally bringing an established network and a sharp eye for new opportunities. You’ll have revenue responsibility across key accounts, but you won’t be doing it alone — you’ll be backed by a small but dedicated team who will ensure you have the support you need to succeed. We move fast, stay close to the detail, and back each other all the way. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to help shape and grow a portfolio of challenger brands — to influence the products we champion, the partners we work with, and how we show up in the market. If you’re commercially sharp, proactive, and excited by the idea of building something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
