Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to play a key role in delivering high-quality sustainability advisory work for hospitality clients, while managing a defined portfolio of client accounts. Working closely with Managers and senior colleagues, you will lead the day-to-day delivery for your own clients and support larger, more complex engagements across the team. The role spans a broad range of advisory projects, including ESG strategy development, implementation planning, action plans, sustainability toolkits, and carbon reporting. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from data analysis and insight development through to client-ready outputs and presentations, ensuring work is rigorous, practical, and tailored to the realities of hospitality operations. Con-Serve™ forms an important part of the role, with responsibility for supporting and managing selected platform-based client accounts and using data outputs to inform wider advisory work. Rather than being purely a platform-focused role, this position sits at the intersection of data and strategy, focused on helping clients understand their performance and turn insight into action. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys owning delivery, building strong client relationships, and developing their expertise across sustainability strategy and data-led advisory work within a fast-paced consultancy. Responsibilities Advisory Projects & Client Engagement • Act as a manager point of contact for clients, responding to queries and troubleshooting issues timely and accurately., • Manage and deliver a portfolio of technical and sustainability advisory projects, including strategy implementation, action plans, carbon reporting, SECR/ESOS/Décret Tertiaire initiatives, decarbonisation/net zero, and CapEx planning for hospitality clients, supported by Considerate’s broader team., • Serve as the account lead for client Con-Serve™ accounts, providing support for onboarding, troubleshooting, and data assurance in line with ISO standards., • Preparation of professionally presented reports with clear and concise insight and recommendations., • Monitor account’s performance against targets and profit margins, • Support the day-to-day activities of a small team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration., • Leverage international market insights in the real estate and hospitality landscape, including scientific and industry developments (as well as political, legislative, market and voluntary market developments) to identify emerging trends and opportunities in sustainability, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge., • Provide support to the scoping of strategic projects and solutions for clients, including development of innovative solutions and services., • Carry out sustainability-related research, both internally and externally., • Support change management and process and product development initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation. Essential • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in hospitality, hotel management, environmental science, sustainability, engineering, data analytics, or a related field., • Proven experience (2+ years) in sustainability data management, technical project leadership, and client engagement within a consultancy environment., • Demonstrated expertise in delivering non-financial reporting including sustainability reporting, carbon reporting, and other sustainability advisory projects (e.g. using SECR/ESOS/SBTi/GHG Protocol frameworks)., • Excellent analytical and data story telling skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through effective presentation and communication of complex data., • Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting., • Strong commercial acumen and highly customer service orientated., • Demonstrated passion for ESG, sustainability, and tourism., • Fluency in English., • Proficiency in a second language, with French highly desirable. Desirable / Additional Skills • Strong proficiency in Excel and R programming, using data support tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, and a fundamental understanding of data transfer protocols (HTTP, APIs, FTP) with a track record of building reproducible data pipelines., • Direct experience working in real estate or in hospitality operations and/or management, • Familiarity with agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency., • Strong understanding of data assurance processes aligned with ISO standards and sustainability data requirements for the sector (e.g. EU CSRD, SASB, ISSB, GRESB, BREEAM)., • Strong presentation and workshop delivery skills; able to present ideas in a proficient manner suited to different settings and a variety of audiences., • A keen awareness of global sustainability trends, regulatory environments, and market dynamics to drive strategic innovation.
