Barchester's exceptional marketing team have a rare opportunity for a New Builds Marketing Executive to join the Barchester family. Hybrid working, with regular travel into our London office as well as frequent scheduled visits to our new build homes that are due to open across the UK. Great opportunity to meet teams on site and tour our stunning new homes. As the New Build Marketing Exec you will manage processes that underpin the successful delivery of marketing for our new home openings to drive commercial performance. This will include the naming of the home, artwork creation, offline campaign implementation, through to the opening event. You will also play your part in budget control and reporting, as well as delivering clear, on-brand collateral for homes to use appropriately. Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK's market leading healthcare providers being the second largest in the UK with over 250 care homes and hospitals across the country. With a successful new builds programme with 10 new build homes being built and opened every year for the next three years, we are rapidly and successfully expanding. NEED TO HAVE: * Administration experience Ability to work concurrently on a number of different projects, ensuring projects are completed on time * Have organizational and prioritisation skills, and ability to manage own workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel * Is a self-starter, pro-active and a can do attitude NEED TO DO: * Ensure all systems are in place and working correctly for a smooth customer journey * Set up call tracking for each home, and liaise with digital team to ensure the digital elements are in place when needed * Liaise with media, creative and print agencies, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and messaging is on-brand * Carry out a competitor analysis for each new home and produce a presentation with an overview of key findings * Work collaboratively with other Marketing team members to ensure the Digital, PR and CX elements of the campaigns are delivered on time * Source an appropriate name for the new homes and manage the approval internally and with the local authority * Work with our signage contractor to produce temporary and permanent signage solutions for each home, with messaging on-brand Ensure the new homes have the marketing tools to promote their home locally including printed collateral and via our web-to-print system * Support with the preparation and delivery of the grand opening event for each new home including name badges for attendees, goody bags, running order and help at the event REWARDS PACKAGE * £35,000 per annum * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Life cover * Access to a wide range of retail and leisure discounts at big brands and supermarket * Free access to medical specialists, who are available for a second opinion if you need it to make a decision with confidence * Confidential and free access to counselling and legal services As the only healthcare provider to be accredited as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, Barchester are dedicated to ensuring that our team are respected and their contribution valued.
