Medical Director & Person Responsible (PR) – Fertility Services Location: Northern Ireland (Confidential) Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Salary: £200k, plus annual bonus, private healthcare and share options/retention bonus An established and growing fertility organisation is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Medical Director & Person Responsible (PR) to provide clinical leadership and ensure full regulatory compliance across its licensed services. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight, clinical governance, and statutory responsibility within a regulated fertility setting. The Role You will lead all clinical aspects of the service, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice. As the appointed Person Responsible (PR), you will hold accountability for compliance with all relevant legislation governing fertility services, including licensed activities involving gametes and embryos. Working closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive continuous improvement, oversee clinical governance frameworks, and ensure the organisation remains inspection-ready at all times. As an Alarm Response Officer working in the G4S ARC, Alarm Receiving Centre, you will be responsible for the monitoring of our customer's alarm systems throughout the UK. The role does require candidates to have the flexibility to work a four week rotating shift pattern including days and nights, weekends and Bank Holidays, shifts are 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.
