Trade Sales Manager – Automotive Parts Brentwood, Essex Up to £38,000 per year 08:00 – 17:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch) I am representing a leading specialist in automotive parts, styling, and performance upgrades. They are seeking an experienced Trade Sales Manager to lead a sales team, drive growth, and build long-term relationships with professional customers, including workshops and specialist performance garages. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and motivate the Trade Sales Team, monitoring performance and KPIs, • Drive daily sales to achieve monthly revenue targets, • Strengthen relationships with existing trade customers and onboard new ones, • Oversee outbound activity, quoting, account management, and margin control, • Ensure team adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and credit procedures The Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience in Trade Sales, B2B Account Management, or Sales Management, • Background in automotive, aftermarket parts, industrial supply, wholesale, or similar trade-driven sectors, • Experience leading teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, • Strong commercial awareness — understands margins, pricing, stock flow, and processes, • Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to make quick decisions, • Comfortable with occasional weekend work for automotive events or car shows Key Skills: • Strong leadership with ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • Ability to manage KPIs, targets, and daily structured activity Benefits: • Profit sharing and company pension, • Additional leave and employee discount, • Company events and free or discounted food, • Health & wellbeing programme, • On-site parking If you are interested, please apply or contact Aaron at Pertemps North London.
