Role Overview: As a Nightshift Manager, you will lead overnight replenishment activities, manage a team, and ensure store operations run smoothly in your absence. Your responsibilities include prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, replenishing shelves, and maintaining high standards for opening the store in the morning. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team overnight, overseeing all replenishment activities and supporting colleagues in-store. Operate the full store shift independently, ensuring safety and wellbeing of staff. Maintain high standards for store presentation and readiness for customers. Manage people effectively, including performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling, and pay. Ensure a safe and healthy environment, considering the physical and mental impacts of nightshift work. Essential Experience and Skills: Previous line management experience in a fast-paced, operational environment. Resilience to the demands of nightshift work. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to coach teams. Experience with delivering and monitoring KPIs or performance indicators. Ability to manage employee relations issues. Operational leadership skills, including managing store operations alone. Track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs. Experience in managing performance and absence issues. Desirable: Experience working night shifts in high-volume environments. Additional Benefits: Full-time hours over 4 nights with a £4,500 shift premium.
