What you'll be doing: • Lead the full project lifecycle from initial design review and planning through to delivery, commissioning, and handover, • Manage 11kV substation and grid connection builds, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, • Coordinate design, civils, electrical, and commissioning teams, both internal and subcontracted, • Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with CDM, NRSWA, and DNO/ICP standards, • Manage permits to work, risk assessments, and RAMS documentation, • Track progress against key milestones, manage change control, and report project status to senior management, • Liaise with clients, DNOs, and third-party stakeholders to ensure technical and contractual alignment, • Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project phases What you'll need: • Experience with 11kV substation or grid connection projects, • Understanding of DNO / ICP / private network environments, • Knowledge of EV charging or BESS installation projects (advantageous), • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
