We are looking for an experienced sales and customer service professional who can respond quickly to new enquiries, build trust with clients, and convert leads into booked consultations and confirmed events. The Role You will be the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries from platforms such as: • Bark, • Website enquiries, • Social media (Instagram/Facebook), • WhatsApp, • Email, • Phone calls Your role is to qualify leads, understand client needs, provide initial information, and move qualified enquiries toward confirmed appointments or bookings.
