Job Title: Shop Manager (Shift Work) c. Specific Job Duties (tailored to our operations): • Recruit, supervise, and schedule shop assistants, • Oversee store operations and delegate daily responsibilities, • Manage stock, place supplier orders, and rotate goods to avoid wastage, • Maintain financial controls, including cash handling and reconciliation, • Resolve escalated customer issues and lead by example, • Ensure compliance with Challenge 25 and licensing legislation, • Conduct store opening and closing with loss prevention procedures, • Plan promotions and maintain visual merchandising standards
