Requirements: - Proven experience as a Grill Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting. - Thorough knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking methods. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality dishes. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Food safety certification is a plus. - Availability to work evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, six days a week, with additional hours during the day as needed.
