    Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Shop Supervisor to manage sales operations both in-store and online. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online sales and IT, combined with a proven ability to approach customers, drive revenue, and provide outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage daily business sales, ensuring performance targets are met. Approach prospective customers both online and in person to promote and sell products. Resolve all technical issues related to online sales, listings, and customer returns. Respond to customer queries and return requests in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work independently and manage both physical and digital sales environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
