Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the management of cylinder engraving orders with approved suppliers in line with production plans, • Liaising with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Central Functions to align tooling supply with production and trial demand, • Updating and maintaining the asset register and cylinder database with unique numbering, • Creating and distributing pre-press and cylinder plans to key stakeholders, • Monitoring consumable levels and supporting dual supply strategies, • Tracking and reporting KPIs, extracting data to support continuous improvement initiatives, • Supporting trials, projects and continuous improvement activities across Holographics, Technical and Micro Optics, • Assisting with barrel proofing, laser cleaning, laser welding and MOP2 improvement projects, • Supporting logistics with transportation of cylinders when required, • Completing process audits within the holographics area, • Supporting QC with customer complaint analysis and corrective action implementation, • Helping to manage shift patterns, holidays and sickness in line with company policy, • Ensuring all processes are accurately recorded and maintained within relevant information systems Essential • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience, • Manufacturing experience within a similar technical or conversion environment, • Strong manual dexterity, • Excellent numerical and literacy skills, • Financial awareness
