Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor customer behaviour and competitive trends, and provide management with clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support business expansion. Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and corporate clients while representing the company in negotiations and collaborations to secure mutually beneficial business development opportunities. Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that new business initiatives and commercial strategies are operationally feasible, aligned with company objectives, and effectively implemented across departments. Set clear performance targets, continuously monitor and analyse business development metrics, produce detailed progress reports, and drive improvements to ensure sales growth goals and business expansion objectives are consistently achieved.
