Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate and streamline pizza production, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products, ensuring that every pizza meets our exacting standards. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organised workspace, promoting a safe environment for both staff and customers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably with expertise in Italian dishes preparation. Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff.
