We're currently looking for a Retail Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen our presence across Hook. What You’ll Be Doing As a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Cosentino's market presence and building long-term partnerships across your territory. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities, generating demand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with a wide range of industry professionals, including: • Kitchen & Bath retailers, • Fabricators, • Interior designers, • Home improvement professionals, • Builders and contractors Key Responsibilities 🚀 Drive Sales Growth • Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory., • Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships., • Present and promote Cosentino's products and value proposition to key stakeholders., • Generate demand through strategic engagement with customers and industry partners. 🤝 Build Strong Customer Relationships • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and profitable partnership., • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their business goals., • Deliver outstanding customer service by managing quotations, sales follow-up, CRM data, and regular customer visits., • Ensure customers have access to the right marketing tools, samples, displays, and promotional materials. 📈 Develop Market Insights & Business Strategy • Create action plans to identify growth opportunities and maximize territory performance., • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments., • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Sales Team, Cosentino Centers, and Corporate teams to execute regional business strategies., • Increase brand visibility through showroom displays and point-of-sale initiatives. What We're Looking For Experience • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or field merchandising., • Proven experience managing customer relationships and driving commercial growth., • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across commercial projects. Industry Knowledge • Experience within the stone, surfaces, building materials, kitchen & bath, interior design, or related industries is highly valued., • Knowledge of fabrication, distribution, or retail channels is a strong advantage., • Experience working with CRM platforms; Salesforce knowledge is preferred. Education • High School Diploma / GED required., • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Why Join Cosentino?
