Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from our existing/incoming stock range Provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations. Offer advice on vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to guide customers in their purchasing decisions Inform customers of additional services we offer including finance, insurance, accessories and service plans Negotiate terms of sales, part exchanges and close deals and Maintain customer records in the CRM system for follow-up and future sales opportunities Deal with after-sales queries and handle these with a customer-first approach Present finance options, add-ons, and service plans to create a complete buying experience. Deliver an outstanding customer service experience that builds loyalty and satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Internal team to develop ways to boost the Car Sales.
Applicant would be responsible for Regularly update and maintain car inventory data with the new arrivals, sold cars, price updates, etc. on the website. Ensuring accurate vehicle details like make, model, year, mileage, price, features are displayed on the website for the reference of the customer. Keep the website's landing pages, banners, and promotional offers updated. Track website metrics (inventory turnover, customer inquiries, sales conversion rates and generate reports for management to analyze performance and sales trends. Coordinate with developers where required to resolve technical issues and monitor the website for bugs, errors, or downtime. Implement backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and maintain usergenerated data such as reviews, inquiries, and customer accounts. Protect sensitive information such as user accounts, payment data, and transaction history on the website.
