Learn more about us: 【Job Details】 Job Title: Product Manager – Spare Parts & Reverse Supply Chain Location: London, United Kingdom About the Role : We are looking for a Product Manager specialising in Spare Parts and Reverse Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimisation of our spare parts platform across Europe. This role focuses on building a data-driven, scalable system to support reconditioning, RMA, resale, and disposal operations, enhancing post-purchase customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for the spare parts business, covering product design, system development, go-live, and continuous optimisation, with accountability for loss prevention and cost efficiency., • Design and build reverse supply chain capabilities, including parts reconditioning, RMA processing, second-hand resale, and scrapping workflows, ensuring alignment with compliance and sustainability goals., • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, brand partners, customer service, and fulfilment teams to streamline operations, refine after-sales policies, and resolve exceptions efficiently., • Leverage user, brand, and partner feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in spare parts lifecycle management, enhancing Joybuy’s service competitiveness and sustainability., • Work closely with tech and operations teams to translate business requirements into product features and process improvements, ensuring seamless system implementation and data visibility. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field., • Proven experience in reverse logistics, after-sales operations, or e-commerce product management., • Strong understanding of reverse supply chain processes (repair/refurbish, RMA, reuse/resale, recycling)., • Hands-on experience driving cross-functional product or operational projects from concept to implementation., • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, cost control, and operational feasibility., • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively in a global environment., • Strong ownership, structured thinking, and resilience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
