What You’ll Be Doing • Leading the evolution of a complex communications and Martech ecosystem, • Simplifying integrations across a multi-layered API landscape, • Driving cost efficiency and performance improvements across channels, • Enabling self-serve campaign capabilities for marketing teams, • Defining and delivering a more unified, cross-channel communications strategy, • Implementing more intelligent, automated customer engagement journeys, • Identifying quick wins to improve engagement, particularly within digital channels, • Working closely with Data Science to move toward more intelligent, triggered customer journeys What They’re Looking For • A Senior PM who has experience owning and evolving marketing technology or customer engagement platform in a B2C environment - ideally subscription or multi-service business, • Someone who has navigated and simplified a complex, over-engineered communications ecosystem before, • A hands-on operator who can come in, assess quickly, and start delivering, • Strong product thinking with the ability to balance technical and commercial outcomes, • Experience working closely with marketing and engineering teams in a product-led environment, • Comfortable operating in cross-functional, agile teams, • Experience in utilities, telco, or financial services is helpful but not required If you're passionate about transforming customer communications through technology, please get in touch to discuss this opportunity further or hit apply.
