The founding engineer builds this way himself, day to day, and the person joining needs to work the same way. This is not a company where AI tooling is something people are being encouraged to try. It is already how the software gets written. The team is five people day to day, fully remote, headquartered in the South West. There is one engineer in the business at the moment and you would be the second. This is a genuine full stack role with a front end lean.
