Confidence teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5), adapting activities for different abilities, and bringing strong subject knowledge in performance, script work, and theatre techniques will make a real impact as a Drama Supply Teacher. What you will need: • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with recent UK secondary Drama classroom experience, • Strong Drama subject knowledge and the ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 is desirable), • Confident, consistent behaviour management in secondary settings, • Ability to build quick rapport with students and colleagues in a new classroom, • A proactive, adaptable approach with a genuine passion for teaching Drama, • At least 6 weeks’ UK teaching experience in secondary schools We’re fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
