The Auto Account Manager plays a key role in this, working alongside the Head of Sales and broader team to grow and maintain strong partnerships with Zopa’s network of dealer and broker partners. This role will support continued growth by taking ownership of key accounts and delivering excellent service. Building and nurturing long-term relationships will be a central part of your success here. A day in the life • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partner accounts, • Build trusted, consultative relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, • Grow the Zopa Auto Finance programme by developing new accounts within your network, • Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions aligned with partner goals, • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with stakeholders, • Lead regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and opportunities, • Monitor key account metrics such as volume, credit quality, and pricing, • Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce, • Collaborate across the sales team to identify growth opportunities, • Address partner needs and manage escalations professionally, • Help shape the Auto Ops team by contributing industry knowledge, • Host webinars and training workshops for partners, • Ensure compliance with internal processes, audits, and controls, • Work closely with the Commercial Team to support the Auto Partner Success strategyAbout you, • You bring a strong network of dealers from your experience in the auto finance industry, • You have experience in account management and understand auto trade language and processes, • You’re an empathetic and confident communicator, committed to delivering seamless service, • You’re skilled in stakeholder management and comfortable working with people at all levels, • You hold a full UK Driving Licence (with fewer than 6 points)Please note this role will be based "remotely" but will require regular travel to clients around the North East. #LI-LK1 We're on the move! Job Advert Security Officer Part-time permanent position (24 hours per week) Plymouth, Cattedown Wharves. The Role: Providing first line security to the Port/Tanker berth outside working hours to Cattedown Wharves Limited (Part of the James Fisher Group). This role covers dayshift 6am – 6pm, Saturday, Sunday and all Bank Holidays (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). The role will provide a physical presence to help deter intruders entering the company premises. To liaise with Pilots/Agents to coordinate mooring and let go crews for shipping to the wharf. Key Duties and responsibilities: Hand-over between oncoming/outgoing duty person and update any information and any messages or instructions. Check log sheets for people still on site. Check shipping book for vessels alongside. Ask for shipping movements and check board. After all staff have left, divert the telephone, go on walkabout, check that all doors are locked/closed, and store lights are off also, that the gates and fuel tanks are padlocked. To ensure that all office lights are switched off and all windows and doors in the office are locked and also the gates as required. Never leave the security office area unless all gates and doors are locked Perform regular walk arounds/inspections. Vary times but no more than 2 hours between each inspection. Answer telephone after the quay operatives cease work. Monitor emails and update shipping board accordingly. Always carry a mobile phone when away from the main gate. Pass on shipping information as required to agents/staff. Moor and let-go vessels as required or instructed. Always book in personnel and vehicles on and off the wharf areas, record on log sheets. Conduct searching of crew and/or visitors for vessels performing international voyages using the correct DfT search forms as the role is responsible for the accurate record keeping of these searches. Always check TV monitors regularly – report any incidents. At appropriate required times unlock doors and gates. Always monitor movement of personnel, record on log sheets. Make sure that the shipping vessel book and security book is in the Wharf Managers office at the end of your shift. Check lifesaving equipment and fire extinguishers as per the log sheet brought down once a month by the Compliance Manager and return completed log sheet to the compliance office. Liaise with IFL security personnel on any issue reported concerning the workshop. Complete the security logbook to include any issues or defects noticed. Check the perimeter fencing and log in the logbook, noting any concerns. Keep working areas clean and tidy.Key skills, knowledge and experience: Previous security knowledge and experience of working in a busy environment although full training will be given. Previous customer service with good communication skills and computer literate. *Must be willing to work flexible hours and cover Holidays and Ad hoc days. Why join us?
