Interim Soft FM Manager Based in Kent, hybrid working Length: 3 months with possible extension IR35 status: Inside As Soft Services Manager, you will oversee the delivery and performance of all soft FM services, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for visitors, staff, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the contract. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all soft FM services including cleaning, security, waste management, and guest services, • Ensure consistently high standards of presentation, hygiene, and customer experience across the site, • Monitor service performance, driving continuous improvement and implementing corrective actions where required, • Manage third-party contractors and service partners, ensuring performance and value for money, • Support the planning and delivery of major events, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction, • Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and environmental best practices, • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies, • Develop team capability through effective leadership, coaching, and training programmes, • Build strong client relationships and act as a t...
