This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful and collaborative Private Client team in Stamford, working on high-value and complex matters. About the Role You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: • Complex estate administration involving taxable estates, agricultural and business assets, • Succession planning, inheritance tax advice and mental capacity issues, • Drafting deeds of variation, declarations of trust and other key legal documents, • Advising high-net-worth individuals, elderly and vulnerable clients and their families Key Responsibilities • Independently manage your own caseload with strong financial oversight, • Supervise, mentor and support junior team members, • Conduct client meetings (in-person and remote) and provide clear, empathetic advice, • Draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence, • Stay up to date with legal developments and best practice, • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2+ years PQE in private client law, • Strong experience in estate administration and working with vulnerable clients, • Excellent communication, drafting and interpersonal skills, • Work with a high-calibre team in a supportive and inclusive environment, • Access to career development, training and progression opportunities, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Flexible working arrangements and a strong work-life balance, • Be part of a firm that values client care, technical excellence and integrity Ready to take the next step in your career?
