As Injection Moulding Technician/Process Engineer, your duties will include - Managing the technical sampling side of the production process, ensuring the sampling process is undertaken within a systematic, timely manner with a quality focussed approach. Overseeing and supporting production changes, tool changes, automation, robotics and machine troubleshooting including taking a lean on process optimisation. Ensuring the machines are operated at an acceptable standard and within the set and costed cycle time. Delivering the agreed sampling targets through clear communication of works order sampling expectations, monitoring and appraising job results, process development, coaching, mentoring, initiating, co-ordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures in line with agreements, policies and business derivatives. To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding / Process Engineer, the ideal Candidate will - Be experienced with Injection moulding and assembly techniques Have detailed technical knowledge of problem solving techniques including the ability to analyse and resolve any process problems. Have previous experience of tool and material trialling Have experience of Automation and robotics Based near Middleton, this role is commutable from Bolton, Huddersfield, Manchester, and Hyde.
