Responsibilities • Run hot ramen bowls, donburi, and small plates from the kitchen to guests quickly and safely, • Carefully pack takeout and delivery orders, ensuring proper presentation and secure packaging (especially hot soups and broths), • Double-check items for accuracy based on order tickets—condiments, toppings, utensils, etc., • Support servers and bartenders by clearing tables and keeping the dining room tidy when needed, • Maintain a clean and organized dining room, packing area, and runner station, • Assist in preparing beer, wine, and soft drinks, • Daily Side Work including restocking and cleaning, • Assist with overall flow during peak hours Qualifications • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred (ramen or Japanese cuisine a plus!), • Ability to carry hot bowls safely and move quickly between kitchen and dining areas, • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail, • Must be able to read tickets, • Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset, • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts, • Reliability and professionalism are essential
