About the Role: The People Operations & Mission Coordinator is a dual-impact role designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional. You will serve as the primary operational backbone for the People and Mission Team while driving essential HR lifecycle processes. This role has a heavy focus on coordination, departmental logistics, and budget tracking, acting as the key liaison between HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure fiscal and operational alignment. The ideal candidate blends high-level administrative precision with a foundational understanding of HR Generalist functions and budget management. Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing: Leadership Coordination & Program Support • Meeting Logistics:Coordinate virtual and on-site meetings withleadership’sdirect reports, including room approvals and agenda preparation., • Communications:Prepare presentations, organizational charts, and reports that require a high degree of accuracy and professional formatting., • Project Management:Lead ad hoc projects for the People & Mission leaders, ensuring deadlines are met across cross-functional teams., • People Program Assistance:Support large-scale projects including performance management cycles, open enrollment, and talent acquisition., • Budget Tracking:Work cross-functionally with Finance and Accounting to gather, track, and report data for departmental budgeting purposes., • Vendor & Invoice Management:Manage the end-to-end invoicing process for all talent services, including employee events, wellness programs, L&D services, and external consultants., • Temp Labor Oversight:Assistin trackingtemplabor billing, contracts, and invoicing to ensure alignment with budget allocations., • Employee Lifecycle:Execute core processes including onboarding, New Hire Orientation, employee changes, relocations, and offboarding., • Data Integrity:Utilizecompany systems to process documentation, perform background checks, andmaintainmeticulous employment records., • Talent Acquisition Support:Partner with recruiting and hiring managers tofacilitatethe job requisition process, obtain approvals, and manage postings., • Performance & Engagement:Support the administration of performance reviews, service anniversary programs, and career development initiatives., • Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR coordination, Talent Acquisition, or Administrative Support., • Financial Literacy:Demonstratedability to track budgets, manage invoices, and work with financial data., • Technical Skills:Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel (data reporting/analysis) and the full Microsoft Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word)., • Systems:Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms., • Integrity:Proven ability to handle the highest level of confidentiality and sensitive employee data., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, ora relatedfield., • PHR/SPHR certification., • Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and continuous improvement., • Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
