Overview: This team partners closely with marketing and creative leadership, manages complex campaigns from concept through production, and plays a key role in shaping creative operations and process improvement. Your experience leading cross-functional projects and navigating fast-paced creative environments really stood out. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in creative project management or creative operations (in-house or agency), • Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional creative projects, • Deep understanding of creative development workflows (concept through production), • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, • Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, and scopes across multiple initiatives, • Proficiency with project management tools (Workfront preferred; Asana, Wrike, Basecamp acceptable), • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), • MAC proficient with strong skills in MS Office, • Experience with print production processes, • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and thrive in fast-paced environments Plusses: • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related discipline or equivalent professional experience., • Retail or store signage marketing/creative experience, • Experience building and scaling creative operations and processes, • Comfort presenting to executive leadership with minimal notice, • Passion for pets and pet-focused brands Responsibilities: • Own the full project lifecycle from intake and concept through production and final delivery, • Manage multiple major and minor initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, • Develop, manage, and optimize creative operations, workflows, documentation, and reporting, • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with marketing objectives, • Approve production quotes and invoices, • Identify risks, mitigate roadblocks, and develop contingency plans proactively, • Provide clear and consistent project status reporting (timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks), • Set and manage expectations with internal partners and external vendors, • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative direction and communicate creative needs back to partners, • Provide leadership, motivation, and strategic guidance to the creative team, • Champion operational excellence, process improvement, and change management, • Implement the Director’s vision, goals, and success criteria for team deliverables Compensation: $41/hr to $52/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
