Due to the operational demands of overseeing multiple clinic sites, including our Dallas (Vickery location), there is a growing need for onsite leadership support to ensure daily operations remain consistent, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards. This role would report to the Practice Manager – Women's Health and serve as the direct operational lead at the clinic. Here's a sneak peek at what you will do: • Oversee the daily operations of the women’s health clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient patient services, and coordination between clinical and administrative staff., • Supervise clinic staff including medical assistants, and front-desk personnel by managing schedules, assigning tasks, and supporting team performance., • Coordinate patient care services such as prenatal care, gynecological exams, and family planning to ensure timely and high-quality care., • Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow, helping reduce wait times and improve the overall patient experience., • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including patient privacy standards under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and workplace safety rules from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)., • Handle patient concerns and prepare operational reports, communicating with physicians and healthcare administrators to improve clinic performance and service quality., • Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager regarding staffing, workflow, patient experience, and departmental needs, • Provide leadership coverage and manage the department in the absence of Practice Manager What you need to succeed: • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or public health, • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification preferred, with prior experience in women’s health, obstetrics/gynecology, or outpatient clinic supervision., • 3-4 years of experience in women’s health, healthcare operations or clinic management preferred, • Knowledge of outpatient clinic workflows, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols, • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively., • Strategic, adaptable, and collaborative problem-solver who fosters a positive team environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), electronic health records (eCW preferred), and operations tracking, • Flexibility to travel across different locations in and around Dallas and Forth-Worth area., • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Pashto, Burmese or Rohingya to assist a diverse patient population.
