Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” About the Role: In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual customers who use Intuit TurboTax products. Your primary focus will be full-service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice, calculations, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. You will be the connective tissue between your customers and a broader team of specialists covering business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. This is not a hand-off model. You will sit in the same customer meetings, absorb the same context, and build a shared understanding of each customer's complete financial picture, then work in lock-step with the right experts to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Your ability to understand each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical. Taxes can be stressful, and your presence as a trusted, knowledgeable guide makes all the difference whether you're helping with a straightforward W-2 filing, navigating a major life event like marriage, a new child, or elder care, or tackling more complex scenarios involving business income, investments, or amendments. Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community, attracting new clients, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to empower you in building a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community. This role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States. What You’ll Do: Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments). Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice. Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language. Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Embody a “community ambassador” and “business owner” mindset to actively build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax. As a primary driver of local growth, you will own your market — identifying and pursuing prospects through targeted outreach, grass-roots marketing initiatives, referral networks, and community partnerships. Serve as the local face of TurboTax, converting new prospects into loyal, long-term clients. Organize and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops, community pop-ups, and networking gatherings with the support of TurboTax marketing tools and resources, to create consistent opportunities for customer engagement and brand awareness. Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - Act as a trusted guide for every client by developing a deep understanding of their complete financial picture and connecting them with the Intuit solutions best positioned to move them forward. As you build relationships through tax engagements and collaborative client meetings, identify opportunities to introduce clients to complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma that meaningfully address their needs. Your role is not simply to deliver a service, but to ensure every client leaves with a clearer path and the full weight of Intuit's resources behind them for year-round support. Build Relationships - Connect with people, demonstrate understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns and build the long-term trust that turns a one-time transaction into a loyal, multi-year relationship. Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - Create an exceptional customer experience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals (e.g., saving for retirement, college funds, weddings, or vacations). - Interact with customers both in-person and through Intuit’s state-of-the-art video communication tools. Overview Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." About the Role: In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual customers who use Intuit TurboTax products. Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community, attracting new clients, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to empower you in building a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community. This role is nonexempt and requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States. What You'll Do: Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments). Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice. Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language. Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - Embody a "community ambassador" and "business owner" mindset to actively build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax. - Interact with customers both in-person and through Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. Studio W.I.P. is a boutique experiential activation and live art company. We put spray cans in the hands of Google teams, build hand-painted murals for brands at Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits, run sold-out Spray Paint 'n' Sip and Glow Neon Art experiences in Chicago and Atlanta, and teach kids to paint like the streets taught us. Since 2019 we've served 60,000+ guests and generated $3M+ in lifetime revenue — with zero salespeople. That's where you come in. We're hiring our first dedicated sales hire in company history, taking over a pipeline that has grown 52% annually on the corporate side through inbound and referrals alone. This role owns revenue across five streams, professionalizes the sales motion, and helps take us past $1M in annual revenue. This is a commission-only role for a closer who wants uncapped upside instead of a ceiling. Come in as Sales Lead, own the number, prove the motion — and grow into Head of Sales, with a base + commission structure, as revenue and the team grow under you. You'll inherit a fully productized catalog of SKUs and packages with set pricing, a 545-client book with a 59% repeat rate, anchor relationships with Google, Embarc, Lifeway Foods, and GMR Marketing, and drafted sales assets (quote calculator, qualification flows, nurture copy) ready to be put to work. You're not starting from zero — you're starting from a proven product with no sales system around it. What You'll Sell: • Corporate team building and private events — our biggest and fastest-growing line, • Public ticketed experiences — partnerships and group buyouts in Chicago and Atlanta (Atlanta up 15% year-over-year), • Brand and festival activations for major events, • Custom commissions and branded merch, • Youth programs sold to schools, park districts, and community organizations What You'll Do: • Own the full pipeline: respond to, qualify, quote, and close every inbound lead, • Build our first outbound motion targeting HR/People teams, EAs, office managers, and event agencies, • Convert our 59% repeat rate into structured retainers and annual agreements, • Meet with clients in person and virtually to close deals, • Run weekly pipeline reviews with the founder and monthly revenue reporting by stream Who You Are: • 3+ years closing B2B deals, ideally in events, hospitality, experiential marketing, or agency services, with proof you've carried and hit a quota, • Comfortable working commission-only, confident in your ability to ramp fast, • Comfortable selling $1K-$50K+ deals across short and long sales cycles, • A builder who creates process, not just follows it, • Fluent with CRM discipline, • Genuinely excited about art, culture, and live experiences, • Based in or near Chicago or Atlanta, available for in-person client meetings as needed Compensation: 100% commission, uncapped, structured by revenue stream. Full commission rates and tiers shared during the interview process. This structure converts to a base + commission model, with title and comp stepping up together once you hit the Head of Sales milestones.

Company Description Halluminate is an applied AI and data company working with frontier labs to train financial services and knowledge work superintelligence. We build high-quality computer-use and tool-use reinforcement learning (RL) environments that train AI agents to do real work across financial services verticals and adjacent domains. Role Description Halluminate is hiring part-time Government and Public Policy Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Frontier AI models can already build a clean budget model, run a standard variance analysis, and reconcile a simple ledger. We need experts who can push them further. In this role you'll design work that would challenge a strong senior analyst or controller, with multi-step reasoning, messy inputs, and the correct judgment calls where the right answer isn't obvious, then use it to expose where today's best AI models still fail. Your work feeds directly into the training data and frontier evaluations that leading AI labs use to measure and improve their models. Your day-to-day in this role is RL environment task development and writing (i.e., creating the complex problem and solution that the AI agents must attempt to solve), not data labeling AI outputs based on your preferences or something less challenging. Responsibilities • Shape the future of knowledge work by identifying which financial workflows matter most and where today's AI models fall short, drawing on your real experience, • Build training materials for AI systems, including policy briefs, government program cost analyses, budget justifications and regulatory impact assessments, and other real-world deliverables, • Create challenging tasks that expose weaknesses in state-of-the-art AI models on financial services work, • Contribute to frontier evaluations that measure how leading AI models perform on real finance workflows, • Work directly with research and engineering teams at frontier labs to evaluate model outputs and turn findings into better training data, • Revise tasks quickly based on feedback from reviewers and model results, often across multiple rounds What we're looking for • 2-5+ years of experience working in government or public policy (federal, state or local government, public sector consulting, policy analysis, etc.), or another knowledge work domain (banking, finance, consulting, accounting, credit, economics, trading, product management, insurance, etc.), • Exceptional command of core workflows in Excel, PowerPoint, and other professional software programs (modeling, valuation, deal materials, memos), • Curiosity about machine learning, AI, data, and engineering concepts. No technical background required., • Comfort with direct, frequent feedback and the ability to turn it around quickly without losing quality, • Sharp attention to detail and the judgment to spot exactly where an output would fail a senior review, • Strong organization and full ownership of deadlines Location • Fully Remote Time Commitment • Minimum of 20 hours per week, • You choose when to work Compensation • Training milestone payments between $500-$4000, • Implied hourly rate: $100/hour - $200/hour, • Bonuses paid out for above average performance or stellar contributors If interested please apply here: https:///experts Why work with Halluminate Halluminate builds the highest quality, most complex training environments and benchmarks that leading AI labs rely on to push their most capable models forward. Our expert researchers lead that work. They design the problems, set the standards models are measured against, and uncover where frontier AI still falls short. Where other competitors may focus on data labeling / annotation, our experts are challenged to identify weak points in frontier labs models to accelerate AI capabilities in finance. • Market leading compensation. Our experts earn among the highest rates in the industry, with median earnings of $3,800 in September and our top 25% averaging over $30,000 that month., • Consistent Demand for Work. Halluminate experts get a steady stream of new projects, not stop-start bursts. You choose how much to take on, based on your schedule and earning goals., • Fully remote, you set your schedule. All work on the platform is completed remotely. We support work from outside the US: if you're traveling abroad temporarily, flag it to your Team Lead (note that work is not permitted from certain countries), and if you'll be abroad for an extended period, we can set your start date for when you return. Experts can work when they want and where they want as long as they hit their 20 hours per week minimum. There are no meetings, Zoom calls, or Slack huddles. All feedback from reviewers is left on our internal platform, • Build the environments frontier models learn from. You design RL tasks grounded in real data rooms, define the expert-quality answers models are rewarded against, and find the failure modes that show where today's models fall short of professional judgment. Your work feeds directly into how leading AI labs train and evaluate their models., • Push the frontier of what AI can do. Our experts have contributed to industry benchmarks like Westworld Finance Diligence Bench, which tests AI agents on a complete acquisition due-diligence process., • A path into AI research. Top contributors have moved into team lead and full-time research roles at Halluminate., • Join an elite network. We work with a select group of professionals that are capable of building these AI training environments. You will be among a prestigious cohort with dedicated support in advancing the future of knowledge work. Our hiring process Four steps, each a preview of the actual work. You'll know quickly if it's a fit, and so will we. • Resume Review. We're looking for real depth in most knowledge work domains so please apply. We may have a project that fits your background now or in the near future., • Proctored Exam (60 minutes). Show us how you think through problems from your field., • Screening Call (30 minutes). Dive into your experience working in your field and with AI., • Mock Problem Build (3 business days). Build a task like the ones you'd design with us. We provide the inputs and do not use any of the outputs, this is purely evaluative.
