Expected Timeframe • Most successful SDRs transition into a Sales Representative role within 4–6 months, • Advancement is performance-based, not automatic, • SDRs who do not demonstrate progress toward Sales Representative readiness within the 4–6 month window may not continue in the SDR role, unless previously discussed and approved by management, • Candidates who are finishing school, unable to work full-time, or have other approved scheduling limitations may remain in the SDR role beyond the 4–6 month window, provided performance remains strong Benchmarks to Advance from SDR to Sales Representative Advancement is based on clear, measurable performance milestones.
