We are seeking a Manager, Hospitality Sales (ESP) to contribute to revenue growth and expand our presence in the hospitality market. The Sales Manager will work closely with the current vertical partner in a collaborative manner to gain a deep understanding of the business and its clients. By working closely with this partner, the Sales Manager will ensure strong knowledge transfer, continuity, and alignment as a key sales contributor for the vertical. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate pipeline, close new business, and expand within existing accounts in hotels, marinas, glamping resorts, etc., • This position currently manages the function of hospitality sales and has no direct reports but has the potential to build a team based on success., • Leverage your hospitality network to build relationships with GMs, owners, and key decision-makers, positioning our company as a preferred technology partner for boutique and enterprise hospitality brands., • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals and manage your pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets., • Support the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the hospitality vertical, translating industry trends into managed services, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity solutions., • Contribute to vertical growth objectives, focusing on revenue generation, client satisfaction, and building trusted relationships with hospitality clients and partners. Who you are • 7+ years in IT services, managed services, or enterprise technology, with a focus on hospitality or real estate technology solutions for at least 3 years., • Demonstrated success in vertical market contribution and revenue achievement, showcasing strong business acumen., • Professional presence with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions., • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and systems, including PMS, POS, CRM, IoT, and guest experience technologies., • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across sales, delivery, product, and partner teams., • Proven sales performer with established hospitality connections, excelling in networking and relationship-building, and eager to leverage technology as a competitive edge in hospitality., • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Pay and Benefits: This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with travel. Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $120,000+ annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.) In additional to the base salary this position offers uncapped generous sales incentives based on MRR, Product, Professional Service sales.
