Base salary of $20,000 to $25,000 annually with commission potential exceeding $80,000 to $180,000 annually. Two weeks paid vacation and 5 sick days. Travel expenses associated with attending shows will be covered by New York Fragrance Inc.; time spent by sales personnel at the shows will be compensated on a normal basis. New team members will be evaluated every 3 months; individuals will also receive increased salary incentive based on performance.
