Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE The Manager of Athlete Injury Management & Training will co-develop and lead a world-class, athlete-centered injury prevention and management program for the Enhanced Games. The role blends hands-on athlete care, strategic program design, and close collaboration with medical, sports science, and coaching teams. The goal is to protect athletes’ long-term health, optimize performance, and ensure continuity of care. This is not a traditional role in sports medicine and performance science—it’s an opportunity to join the Enhanced Games, a global sporting event redefining the boundaries of human performance. You’ll work at the forefront of athlete care within an organization pioneering scientific research and innovation in medically approved performance-enhancing substances and advanced athlete profiling methods. The program is still in its infancy, which means you won’t be inheriting an old playbook—you’ll be creating one. You will have the rare opportunity to design and lead a novel injury management and prevention framework from the ground up, shaping how world-class athletes are profiled, prepared, and protected for years to come. This role is highly dynamic and travel-intensive. You’ll spend much of your time on the ground with athletes — sometimes for several days, sometimes for weeks or months — across our main hubs in Las Vegas, Dallas, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. You’ll need to be comfortable relocating frequently, adapting to new environments on short notice, and embedding yourself within different training ecosystems. As such, candidates may maintain a home base of their choosing (New York preferred), but must be prepared for 90 percent global travel. This is not a desk-based role — it’s for someone who thrives in movement, embraces change, and finds energy in being close to the athletes they serve. You’ll work directly with Dan Turner, Director of Athlete Safety & Performance, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, scientists, and coaches to co-develop the operational model that keeps athletes prepared, protected, and performing at their best. Together, you’ll build a system that integrates cutting-edge sports science with real-world athlete monitoring, leveraging the latest in performance diagnostics, medical oversight, and injury risk reduction. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a historic shift in how elite athletes train, recover, and compete — combining evidence-based medicine with groundbreaking approaches to human potential.
