Responsibilities: • Provide top-notch customer service to our buyers, renters, and sellers across NYC, • Pitch clients and show them appropriate and tailored properties for their search, • Stay updated on real estate trends and fair housing regulations, • Utilize our CRM tools to increase conversion and post on social media to stay engaged with former clients, • Form and grow relationships with developers and landlords Skills Required: • 2+ years as a licensed real estate agent, and an active license in NY, • Strong client service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -- your business is yours to build, but we also like to share deals amongst the team, • Proficient in using CRM software and consistent client follow-up, • A positive, solution-seeking attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced growing organization.
