Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • Competitive salary, • Flexible schedule, • Opportunity for advancement, • Competitive Compensation, • Paid Time Off, • Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities • Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls, • Identify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions, • Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics, • Upsell products and services when appropriate, • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers, • Document all customer interactions, • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications, • High school diploma/GED, • Previous experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar role is preferred, • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, • Understanding of active listening techniques, • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs, • Ability to work well under pressure, • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
