JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Shipping: · Get updates for specific times of jobs and determine how many boxes and materials are required to ship out. · Ensure pack slip, certs, or invoices are with parts for shipping whether it is for UPS or Will Call. · Confirm pack slip, certs and labels matches with the purchase order (customer name, serial numbers, etc.). · Make sure packages are free of foreign object/debris and protected in compliance with training guidelines. · Update will call list and shelf daily. · Keep work area clean and organized. · Disassemble and throw away any boxes and packaging material that won’t be used and ensure that there are no customer parts inside. · Assist other departments as needed.
