Through its various programs, BFL provides a broad range of residential and non-residential services to disabled survivors of domestic violence, to the disabled homeless, and support to physically disabled individuals with mental health and/or chemical addiction issues. BFL Apartments (BFLA) is a NY/NY III type supportive housing program. BFLA offers services to vulnerable and needy populations who are survivors of domestic violence, specifically, homeless disabled adults and disabled veterans and families. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute analytical strategies for monoclonal antibodies and other therapeutic and non-therapeutic proteins from early development through clinical manufacturing, • Partner closely with process development scientists to characterize product and process-related variants, guide purification development, and establish relationships between process parameters and product quality, • Develop, optimize, and perform selected analytical methods in-house, including assays for protein concentration, purity, aggregation, charge variants, identity, binding, and biological activity, • Lead analytical characterization of critical quality attributes, including:, • Glycosylation and other post-translational modifications, • Primary and higher-order structure, • Purity, fragmentation, and aggregation, • Charge heterogeneity, • Target and Fc receptor binding, • Cell-based potency and effector-function assays, including ADCC, • Design analytical comparability studies evaluating Neion-produced proteins against reference products and across process changes, scales, and manufacturing sites, • Select and manage CROs and specialized analytical laboratories, including drafting scopes of work, evaluating technical capabilities, managing timelines and budgets, and overseeing study execution Requirements • 5+ years of industry experience in analytical development or characterization of monoclonal antibodies or closely related biologics, • Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience, • Strong understanding of monoclonal antibody structure, function, degradation pathways, and critical quality attributes, • Hands-on experience with several core analytical techniques, such as:, • SEC-HPLC or UPLC, • Ion-exchange or other charge-variant methods, • CE-SDS, capillary electrophoresis, or gel-based methods, • LC-MS-based intact mass, peptide mapping, or glycan analysis, • ELISA and other binding assays, • SPR, BLI, or comparable biophysical binding methods, • Experience developing, optimizing, qualifying, or transferring analytical methods, • Experience managing CROs or external analytical laboratories, including defining study requirements, reviewing data, and troubleshooting technical issues, • Familiarity with CMC regulatory expectations and experience with QA processes Benefits Compensation: base salary is expected to be $130-170K depending on experience, with additional bonus compensation, equity compensation, and benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k).

HASA NY/NY III Scattered Site Housing Program: This program provides 50 units of scattered-site supportive housing to chronically homeless single adults who are persons living HIV/AIDS or are clients with symptomatic HIV who are receiving cash assistance from the City and who suffer from co-existing serious and persistent mental illness, a substance abuse disorder, or a Mentally Ill Chemical Abuse (MICA) disorder. Clients’ spouses and domestic partners can live there but no minor children, adult children and friends are allowed to live with clients. HASA is the sole referral source for this program. Staff will provide case management and other supportive services to enable clients to achieve the skills and financial independence necessary for independent living. Position: Case Manager Reports To: Program Manager Location: 149 Winthrop St Brooklyn, NY 11225 What The Case Manager Does: • The Case Manager will be responsible for providing all contract funded activities as described below., • Case Manager will be responsible for completing all program documentation and entering all client services into Client Track, such as assessments/reassessments, service plans, and progress notes., • Refer and connect clients to needed services, such as medical, mental health, substance use treatment, legal aide, entitlements, etc., • Ensure clients are compliant with medical treatment and medication management adherence, • Monitor clients' progress toward their goals (dates achieved) via regularly scheduled telephone contact and/or face-to-face home and office visits, and document via progress notes., • Function as client liaison/client advocate with outside organizations regarding such matters as education, healthcare, housing, legal issues, etc., • Escort clients to appointments (educational, medical, social service, etc.), • Assist clients in completing applications for benefits and entitlements and monitors outcome of process., • Collect all required documentation and create client files., • Conduct a minimum one home visit per month., • Report any repair issues to the Housing Specialist., • Monitor clients’ living conditions., • Meet required monthly projections., • Provide all required information for the completion of monthly program reports., • Maintain clients’ charts always audit ready., • Other duties as assigned. What are the Qualifications for the Position: • Bachelor’s Degree, • Associates degree/high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years’ experience in case management or related social service field (housing, homelessness, mental health, substance abuse, etc.). Minimum Experiences and Skills Required: • Relevant experience as specified above, preferably in a mid-sized (250+ employees) organization working with persons with a history of homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance abuse., • Good written & verbal communication., • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation: $53,045. annually When salary ranges are listed, the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and candidate.
