POSITION OVERVIEW The role of the Program Administrator (PA) is to support the robust and efficient systems across Studio Justice. The PA primarily assists program management with administration duties of budget management, scanning receipts, classifying expenses, coordinating communications with participants, staff, and community partners, program-related meeting coordination, purchasing, and reporting (such as demographic and participant debriefs). The PA provides vital input for intuitive policies and identifies unexpected needs. Job DescriptionDescription: Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) of Bend, Oregon, the largest pediatric practice in the region, is hiring a part-time (0.5 FTE) Advanced Practice Provider with Newborn Panel (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Physician Assistant). Schedule: Alternating 2-day and 3-day work weeks. At COPA, the Advanced Practice Provider plays an integral role serving patients at our friendly and welcoming medical clinic for children of all ages. The Advanced Practice Provider is a member of the COPA Medical Home care team and is responsible for providing pediatric patient primary care, consulting with other specialists, and performing administrative duties related to the care of patients.
