Position Overview We are looking for an NCO Field Project Manager. You will own the day-to-day management of multiple opening projects at once—ordering and tracking equipment and materials, maintaining clear communication between the corporate team and field operations, and ensuring key milestones are met on time. You will also organize and manage opening-related events, driving cross-functional alignment so that every new club opens smoothly, on schedule, and in line with company standards and goals. What You’ll Do: The NCO Field Project Manager collaborates closely with the Director of New Club Openings and Operations to oversee new club opening projects. Responsibilities include ordering, tracking, and communicating between corporate team and operations.. This role involves managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while coordinating cross-departmental activities to ensure successful club openings. Additionally, the NCO Field Project Manager will organize and manage events related to new club launches, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals What Success Looks Like: • Flawless, on-time club openings – Openings are delivered on schedule, on budget, and aligned with brand and operational standards., • Strong cross-functional alignment – Corporate and field teams stay informed with clear, consistent updates and proactive risk and issue management., • High-impact opening events – Enrollment, presale, VIP, and grand opening events are well-organized, well-attended, and support strong early member growth., • Disciplined project management – Plans, checklists, and project tools are accurate, current, and give stakeholders clear visibility into status and next steps., • Day-one readiness – Audits and final checks ensure equipment, signage, technology, and supplies are in place, functioning, and meet specifications. About You: You are a highly organized, detail-driven project manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments and enjoys turning complex plans into smooth, on-time execution. You balance strong follow-through with clear, confident communication, keeping corporate teams and field operators aligned through consistent updates, proactive risk management, and well-run check-ins. You are comfortable owning timelines, checklists, and tools, and you take pride in walking a site after opening and knowing every item—from equipment and signage to technology and supplies—is ready for Day One. You enjoy coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing events, and serving as the go-to point of contact for all things related to new club openings, always looking for ways to improve processes while supporting the broader goals of the business. Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of multiple club opening projects, • Act as a liaison, facilitating NCO communications between the corporate team and operations, • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new club updates across the organization, • Align stakeholders by tracking, initiating, and validating the completion of essential activities to support club openings, • Plan and execute on-site events, ensuring they remain on track, and highlight risks, issues, and mitigation plans in reports to corporate teams (e.g., Enrollment Center, Presale Event, VIP Event, Grand Opening), • Complete on-site audits to verify the readiness of NCO milestones, • Assist with ordering, delivery, installation, and tracking of purchased items, ensuring timely arrival of all club-ordered items at each location, • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to organize and manage tasks effectively, • Conduct on-site or virtual weekly check-ins with teams to ensure accountability and track progress, • Verify the quality and accuracy of all NCO-ordered and installed items to ensure compliance with project specifications, • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards, • Perform on-site final checks after club openings to confirm all NCO components are in place and operational, • Handle ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks assigned by the Director of New Club Openings, • Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, • Minimum 1 year project coordination and/or management experience required, • Experience managing multiple projects at any given time required, • Experience with project management software required, prefer candidates with Asana experience, • MS Suite and/or Google suite experience required, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and stand and sit for long periods of time Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred Benefits • Salaried Flexible PTO, • Paid Holidays, • Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positions, • Employer Paid Basic Life and AD&D, • HSA, • Short-term disability, • Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance for employee, child, and spouse, • Free gym membership, • 10 days sabbatical after 5th year of employment, • Yearly contest winners have the opportunity to go to tropical destinations!
