Required Skill/Abilities: · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to stay calm and professional during stressful situations. · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. · Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience in CNC repair. · Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, part prints, ladder diagrams, and wiring schematics. · Experience using diagnostic tools, including multimeters and phase checkers. Minimum Education and Experience: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC field service. · Hands-on knowledge of Fanuc controls (CNC programming experience is a plus). Supervisory Responsibilities: · none Travel Requirements: · Daily travel to customer facilities Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. · Perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and crawling. · Climb step ladders up to 8 feet. · Drive daily to customer locations, with dependable transportation and a clean driving record required.
