Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure the timely delivery of services., • Networking & Lead Generation: Build a network of sources for new leads, leveraging existing relationships and project databases to maintain a steady flow of sales opportunities., • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Keep detailed documentation of construction projects, client interactions, and proposals., • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of services and proposals., • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
