Job DescriptionAs an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to resource for our team’s technology needs. You’ll help keep our people productive and secure by managing devices, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the systems that keep our hybrid workforce connected. This role is hands-on, customer-facing, and central to ensuring our technology just works. You’ll partner closely with employees across every department, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to do their best work. From configuring new laptops to maintaining our AV systems, you’ll be the first line of defense when technology gets in the way, and the reason it runs smoothly when it doesn’t. If you’re proactive, resourceful, and love solving problems for people, this role will put you right at the heart of our team’s success. This is an in-office position (Mon - Fri) in our NoMad office. We want you to join us.Responsibilities: • Provide responsive technical support to both remote and onsite team members, • Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices across macOS, Windows, and Linux, • Manage inventory and ensure devices remain compliant with security standards, • Monitor device health with MDM tools, addressing issues proactively, • Perform routine audits to maintain system reliability and compliance, • Support, install, and troubleshoot AV and conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, Logitech, etc.)Qualifications:, • 1+ years of IT support and troubleshooting experience, or equivalent certifications, • Previous customer service experience, • Proficiency with core IT and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, 1Password, MS365), • Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems, • Familiarity with device management and imaging solutions (e.g., Jamf, MDM tools), • Working knowledge of networking and AV hardware (e.g., Ubiquiti Unifi, Zoom Rooms), • This is an in-office position (Mon - Fri) in our NoMad officePreferred Qualifications:, • Experience scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell, • Experience shipping and supporting devices for remote employees, • Familiarity with Jira Kanban workflows for ticket management, • Experience with Jamf Pro device managementLocation \u007C Work Authorization, • For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area, • Our expectation for this role is to be in the office Mon-Fri, • We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro areaComp \u007C Perks \u007C Benefits, • Eligible for equity, • 99% employer paid health benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) + One Medical subscription, • 18 PTO days/yr + 1 week holiday break, • Annual $750 learning & development stipend
